The next Illkirch Youth Residence will be located a stone's throw from the A Campus - Illkirch-Graffenstaden station and the innovation park, close to both the CFA of the Alexandre DUMAS hotel school, the Lycée Corbusier and the IUT Robert Schuman.

Designed as a real learning tool for collective life, with all that entails in terms of budget management, hygiene and respect for co-tenants, it will offer  60 housing T2 studio with private bathroom and WC. You can also benefit from a coworking area, an orchard and vegetable and sports areas (petanque, table tennis...)

Also designed as a bridge between community life and business, this new residence will have the possibility of hosting conferences - seminars, rental of workspaces, job dating, or even start-up incubators, through diversified partnerships between the Association and the actors of this territory.
